Chyler Leigh set to join Grey’s Anatomy as series regular
Very bad news for Mer-Der fans! Chyler Leigh, AKA Grey’s Anatomy Bar Slut, will likely be a regular series cast member next year instead of the 13 episode arc it was supposed to be. What does this mean? Well considering Meredith’s current non-relationship with her father, and the fact her half-sister would be an intern, not to mention the not-so-innocent flirting we saw, it equals bad, bad news. And you must admit, it is pretty ballsy for her half-sister to apply for internship at Seattle Grace, considering all the back history.
But from Derek’s perspective, it would be pretty dirty to sleep with your girlfriends (or ex-girlfriends) sister, no matter how you slice or dice it. Of course, he did sleep with Meredith when they barely knew each other’s names.
Bah!

Shonda Rhimes is supposedly changing the George/Izzie storyline based on fan response, but she “might” break Mer and Der up? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Has she not been online at all. How about her own Grey’s Matter blog? She writes for it, but does she read it?
This is crazy. Chyler Leigh has been on like what? four or five cancelled shows now? Ugh. I’m thinking those “creative” writer’s at Grey’s are going to try and pull “another” Addison. We may not like her at first, and then grow to love her, but hey.
BEEN THERE DONE THAT. Can’t these writers come up with anything new?
If Chyler Leigh’s character Lexie and Derek hook up and if the Mer/Der characters are no more, consider me gone.
The world’s worst idea, but then again, after watching season three and living through the absolutely horrible spin off show (which is now going through recassting..that’s a REALLY BAD sign) and the exit of Isaiah Washington, it seems to me that Grey’s Anatomy has been running on really bad ideas since the end of season two.
Good luck to the Grey’s writers/creators. Thanks for listening to your fans. Keep it up and you’ll see what happens to your ratings at the end of season four.
Lose Mer/Der, hook Derek up with Lexie and listen to the sound of tv sets turning off everywhere.
Buh-bye Grey’s, it was nice spending two seasons with you, back when you actually had some creative storylines.

I’m glad she’s joined Grey’s cast…1) She’s beautiful, much better than Meredith and Izzie; 2) I really don’t like Meredith, so I’d be happy to see Lexi with Derek…and this would be great for the show too, considering the various rebounds it could cause!
P.S. I’m italian, so my english may not be perfect…I hope you’ll get what I mean…

Fine if she joins the cast, but let her hook up with anybody but Derek. Derek & Meredith need to be together, for everybody’s sake. I will not be able to watch if this happens; my friends or my co-workers either, as well as thousands of other fans.

If Mcdreamy and Meredith break up myself and many other fans will be turning off their tvs and saying goodbye to Grey’s Anatomy the whole Grey’s Anatomy thing revolves around the Mer-Der relationship you cant just break them up let Lexie join the set but DONT let mer-der love go or else all the fans will leave, just stating the truth.
